-The included appliances; refrigerator, oven, microwave oven/hood range fan, dishwasher and washer/dryer are included in the price of the lease but have no warranty. Should an appliance stop working the landlord must be notified and the cost to repair or replace the unit will be on the tenant.

-The tenant agrees not to make excessive noise when enjoying his use of both the indoor and outdoor areas.

-The owner reserves the right to visit the property at least once every month with 24 hours notice to ensure the security of the immovable.
